diverse employees and I guess the catered lunches but other than that no career opportunity or growth

they expect too much for little pay and will sabotage you even if you have been there for years. You are also expected to take 50-60 calls, answer 1,000+ emails, do 50+ refunds, and post payments all in one shift. The VP really sucked at his job and claimed to care about customer service (YEAH RIGHT) he was a straight up joke as well as management. Management did little to help and would exploit their best employees prompting them to leave the company. Also, management does the whole favortism and let their favorite employees get away with stuff (not taking phone calls or sleeping on the job) By far the worst office experience I ever had. All around toxic work environment.
