9yThank you for taking time to leave a review, sorry that you feel this way regarding the above concerns.
With regards to the working hours, salary etc the recent Engagement Survey that took placed showed us that these are the areas that we are to improve on to ensure employee satisfaction which is working progress.
Our IT systems are in the process of being upgraded which will allow for us a smoother running of the systems which we use.
With regards to being understaffed, all departments are looking at structures which should hopefully only be a temporary situation we are in.
I would advise that you notify your line manager of these concerns, or if you have any other queries we would also invite you to contact a member of the People team that you could discuss this further with.
