Team atmosphere Is great if you have a good line manager Good facilities in branches Good pay if you can negotiate a good package
Cons
The same old offices and individuals win awards, which demonstrates you are in a much more advantageous position in certain locations. Young, attractive women promoted on a whim. Archaic computer systems and processes. Low paid negotiators have low motivation and staff turnover is relatively high as a result of the low basic salary. Not particularly up to date on legislation. Generally a fair bit of favouritism to those whose face fits.
