      Good policies. Good exposure to customers, opportunity to work with a smart global PM team

      Cons

      Its a GCC structure, so PMs in India will not have the a level playing field as compared to US PMs. Insane amount of calls and processes. A simple feature needs 7-8 reviews before it is pushed for development.

      Active change happening and it’s an exciting time and good group of people who know what they’re doing. Has an early 2000s feel with the vibes

      Cons

      Tight budgets as expected. Market average salary but good territories for GTM to make a lot of $. Stable as an employer with global growth. A few benefits still need to mature but also expected.
