Pros
A small dev team made up of talented, passionate people with a focus on solving customers' problems with technology. The atmosphere is friendly, relaxed and highly collaborative. Most importantly, the business implicitly trust the dev team, if we have a great idea they'll let us run with it, but equally if we tell them that something they want to implement isn't a good idea we know that will always be taken on board. It's very apparent that the company works hard to make Motors a great place to work - and Motors has come on in leaps and bounds in all areas from where they were a few years ago. The business are also extremely transparent, if you have a question for anybody within the organisation they'll always offer an open, honest answer. It's not perfect, but I wouldn't be here if I didn't genuinely enjoy working for Motors and have faith in our ability to evolve, iterate and continue to deliver.
Cons
Location isn't all that exciting (good transport links tho), and the office isn't particularly glamorous. Dev team could be more diverse, and some devs seem to be put off coming here because we're outside the conventional tech hubs. Not allowed to wear shorts :(
