      Pros

      GREAT people, strong leadership with a positive focus, opportunities for advancement, comprehensive compensation and benefits package, mentorship program, smaller company with a family feel which promotes a healthy work-life balance

      Cons

      Not quite the brand recognition of larger consulting firms, but I would much rather have the culture and the atmosphere instead

      Enjoy the people I work with at the company

      Cons

      - parent company issues - stingy with promotions & salary increases - no stock awarded - no bonuses until L5 - weak leadership and communication - promotion timeline delays - “people first” is not a core value anymore
