      While there are always challenges, which makes it a job and not a hobby, the people are what make this company. Everyone I've encountered is respectful, fun, appreciative and engaged.

      Cons

      Communication is always an area any company can improve and ours is no exception. We have made great strides recently in improving cross-departmental communications.

      Pros

      Great Benefits and Bonus every three months. Management, CEO, and corporate staff and friendly and helpful. They want you to succeed and help you do so. 42-48 hrs a week.

      Cons

      They take over stores who were run down and neglected. Takes tons of work to turn them around.
