      Worst Company Ever

      Pros

      Great employees who are dedicated to what they do despite the dismal support offered by the corporate leadership. The support staff at corporate are amazing but Leadership has ZERO understanding of the modern retail environment.

      Cons

      Horrible company to work for - 5 bosses in one year and constant leadership turnover. This is a company devoid of direction and zero talent in leadership. They recently changed CEO's and hopefully she will eliminate her entire CO-OP leadership team and start over.

      Good Work Life Balance Mostly, Divisional Manager was super sweet and genuinely felt like he cared.

      Cons

      Regional Manager was not very good at there job. Training was not very good either. Not enough payroll.
