I'd have to say I did not experience anything good from this company. They buy chains just to sell them off to other companies. Lie to u in the process.
Cons
I did not like working for this company at all. They seem to make up things as they go along. Everything was constantly changing. If you don't respond to a email as soon as you get it they were questioning you. But if you had a question it was like pulling teeth to get a answer it was that's not my department let me put you through to someone else. The territory management people I had to deal w sucked. They are not team players every one will cover their own butt to protect themselves. They lie to your face and then deny they did it. The paperwork was a joke you were continuously putting the same info in 5 different places. You do your own audits which is fine but to tell you on a Monday your store needs to be done by Tuesday and expect you to work 30 of your 48 running the register on top of everything else you are supposed to do is unrealistic. They promise you everything in the beginning and in the end that's not what you get. Not a good company period!!!!
