      Great PTO and ok pay (I work remotely so it’s good pay for my area)

      Cons

      - constantly adding new requirements ans deadlines - workload and individualization of each clients requirement make it almost impossible to utilize your PTO. -extremely deadline driven and a lot of deadlines seems to fall in a cluster, all due around the same time

      Pros

      Very flexible with working from home and have great PTO/sick time. Nashville market leadership is invested in employee’s personal & career development. They do 401k match

      Cons

      Compensation is reasonable but could be better. APM is considered hourly & therefore not eligible for bonuses like salaried positions.
