      The offices are okay and have a nice view

      Cons

      They don't pay you enough, a very close minded place to work, no lgbtq+ friendly, very racist.

      Pros

      Very flexible with working from home and have great PTO/sick time. Nashville market leadership is invested in employee’s personal & career development. They do 401k match

      Cons

      Compensation is reasonable but could be better. APM is considered hourly & therefore not eligible for bonuses like salaried positions.
