Pros
The pros of working here include competitive pay, a variety of work events offering free food and gifts, and an affordable cafeteria that makes it easy to enjoy meals at work.
Cons
There’s no opportunity for growth here. The company prefers to outsource rather than promote from within, leaving current employees without advancement chances. The documentation is outdated, and the work processes are inefficient and disorganized. During my time, I had to follow training materials that were completely irrelevant. Leadership is poor. I had four different managers in just two years. Honestly, there’s a lack of passion here. People are just clocking in for a paycheck and counting down the days until the weekend. It's disheartening. On top of everything, you're constantly dealing with negative, toxic colleagues.
