Pros
DHL Express India was a great place to work because of its people. People are fair, work hard and try to have fun. The employees are top notch. Senior level management is fair and seems to promote those that perform based on merit. Management was fair in providing vacation days when necessary to provide a good work/life balance. Management provided a good level of communication about upper level initiatives.
Cons
I didn't find any disadvantages in this company.
