      Pros

      Pros would be that hard work can move you up. Unfortunately that hard work is long stressful hours. They have good vacation plans for lower-level management.

      Cons

      I'm very disappointed with DHL and how the built up a market share so fast and then threw the brakes on causing $$Billions and many good, honest people their jobs. It's obvious that DHL could have been a competitor in the US domestic market, but.... for some reason they just kept loosing money. Management pushed change that they didn't even understand.

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

      Get entry level sales position. The company has great benefits..

      Cons

      You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
