      Pros

      They paid us really well, gave us free cell phones and great bonuses. It was neat to work on projects with people all over the world.

      Cons

      They ended up laying off 80% of the Scottsdale IT Data Centre staff over a six month period when the company decided to pull out of the US Express (US to US location delivery) market, bowing out to UPS and Fedex. I can't imagine DHL Express Americas exists today in anywhere close to the presence they used to have.

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

      Get entry level sales position. The company has great benefits..

      Cons

      You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
