      Pros

      The environment is very dynamic and fast pace. It keeps one engaged in the business. Colleagues in general are friendly and collaborative.

      Cons

      Some areas of improvement around definition of roles and responsibilities across teams. Because of the entrepreneur style, sometimes that leaves a vacuum on ownership on some decisions at firm level.

      Pros

      DRW values my input and ideas, and allows me to explore new ways of conducting surveillance. The firm is not afraid to try things that may not work out in the end.

      Cons

      You have to have the confidence to push forward. People will help and guide you, but you must initiate the activity.
