      To many to count! High Moral,Great Team, Great Support. People there really know what they are doing! Free breakfast & lunch as well. People are willing to help you.

      Really there are no Cons here. Just a great company to work for, if your willing to commit.

      Pros

      DRW values my input and ideas, and allows me to explore new ways of conducting surveillance. The firm is not afraid to try things that may not work out in the end.

      Cons

      You have to have the confidence to push forward. People will help and guide you, but you must initiate the activity.
