8yThank you for your honest feedback – it all helps us get better. And that’s why we use regular anonymous surveys and Q&A sessions with the company founders to identify where we need to improve. Creating more opportunities for employees to attend training and conferences and take on increased responsibility is one of the areas we’ve been focused on. As a company, we greatly value our people and we’re proud that so many choose to develop their careers with us. When a company grows as quickly as Vigilant has, it often needs to make long term business decisions that have difficult implications for teams and individuals. That’s never easy, and we’ll continue to keep the impact to our people top of mind.
