Pros

WFH 4 days a week(!!); target driven and friendly competitive environment; good office location; very accommodating and supportive line manager/director

Cons

Extremely difficult to graduate from paralegal to training contract as the hiring process is centralised with HR; and you have a bunch of youths masquerading as “early careers specialists”, who themselves are 23 years old and don’t know what a career is, somehow dictating your future. Low salary.
