Pros

Cab facility is there for odd shifts If you join as a fresher you will be able to get enough exposure so as to groom your interpersonal skills A proper process is followed by documenting the requirements and continuous feedback is taken by the customers so that there is no grey area when development gets started. A lot of cultural events are carried out here. Helps people to improve their skills by conducting classroom as well as cisco training

Cons

Lot of politics prevail among the team members. Since its a service based company there are more of support projects instead of development ones. Being a technical person, if you don't get the desired work, you will surely feel out of place. Your growth in the company depends on the relation you share with your senior folks rather than your work.

Pros

Company just born out of a merger of CSC and the old EDS spun off by HPE Seems to be a good match of size and capabilities A lot more business opportunities, a much larger sales and delivery capability Great people in the trenches, smart, talented, experienced Stock price through the roof for three years straight...but options no longer given out to employees Brilliant CTO

Cons

Same CEO as CSC, which means no raises or bonuses, constant cutting (value retention) Drive for more off-shoring, landed resources (Indians brought to America on bogus visa justifications, for six month intervals). Replacing people with software as fast as possible Replacing experienced people with inexperienced people as fast as possible Ridiculous sales goals set by people who have never sold anything in their lives
