Pros
Flexible Vacation, able to work remote. The only other Pro is the wonderful team of people you work with everyday outside of the corporate level.
Cons
No raises or bonuses even after an Exceeds Expectations performance review. Organizational changes from HP to HPE, then the HPE Enterprise Services business was “merged” with CSC to become DXC in about of 2 years. The lack of coordination and organization from the corporation was very disappointing, it being a tech company. It seems more like CSC took over instead of merging with HPE. CSC leaders do not know how to run a large organization. There is so much micromanagement from the corporation, it is difficult to meet contractual requirements. Workforce reductions or moving positions offshore causing a lack of stability and confidence in the corporation.
