      No pros in my department at this time

      Cons

      You are not able to be promoted unless you know someone upstairs. Floor leadership moral is low due to poor management. Unqualified people are being promoted into superintendent roles. HR is no help when you go to them with concerns.

      This is a well-established company with friendly employees and an on-site clinic for employees. The job security seems steadier here than with other jobs in this field,

      It's out in the middle of nowhere. With the return to the office and less and less flexibility, work life balance seems to be shifting away from the company motto of "people-centric management".
