-the connections with co-workers is the best thing about the place -the benifits package is one of the best in the area, though other companies are catching up
Cons
- the culture is broken, morale is gone. Those who are hired as mid-careers and leaving within 3 years as they feel they aren't listened to or experience valued -safety culture is broken. They experienced their worst safety record for a year in 2021, including 2 deaths, and every single person was in their same role almost 6 months later. No one was held accountable - to many finger pointers who don't need an opinion who have one. -limited advancement opportunities
