Pros
Pay was ok, nice enough office
Cons
I was supposedly hired because the production/ops team were flat out and needed assistance, but out of the 8 hours I was in the office each day I was only given about 1-2hrs worth of work and when I'd ask for further tasks I was told nothing needed to be done, as a result I was very bored. After 3 months I was fired with no explanation, just a call from the job recruitment agency advising they'd heard my last day was in 3 days-they weren't told why and I never did find out the reason. Only reasoning I can think of is a few mistakes made when entering incoming orders into our software, but I was never really given any help to improve this as the lady checking this would just yell at me over email instead of advising what the issue was, how to do it correctly etc-at some points I'd have to fix the same error 3-4 times because she just kept berating me about how it was 'wrong' or yelling about how inexperienced I was to my coworker instead of showing me how to do it correctly.
