Cons
- Incapable, tyrannical, corrupt, sadistic, unpredictable and unstable senior management. - Complete lack of vision. Strategies are made and changed at the drop of a hat, and employees are commonly blamed for failed projects. Termination letters are issued liberally covertly stating "Restructuring" as the reason. - Human Resources department is in a vegetative state, only busy hiring and firing, providing hardly any constructive intervention. - Employee Engagement department is a full-on circus, led by SLIMY and thoroughly corrupt so-called leadership, only busy dancing to the tunes of senior management and outrightly manipulating innocent employees. - Nil growth prospects and salary raise, other than for select sales staff. - Work environment rife with unhealthy stress, bad language, politics and use & throw policy. - Employees falling ill and / or having nervous breakdowns are not uncommon.
