Pros
DSA is a great learning environment for entry-level architectural designers as long as you can identify your mentors within the firm and take the initiative to ask them questions. Due to the relatively small firm and project team sizes, you can often ask for the kind of work that you are interested in doing and actually get to do it, which is typically hard to find in an entry-level job.
Cons
The firm's design approach can get repetitive and complacent, especially with their affordable housing projects. The senior management is often inaccessible and afraid of change.
