      - Great office location - Friendly, casual atmosphere - Projects benefit the community - Great work life balance

      Cons

      - Very disorganized and sometimes passive-aggressive approach to project management, causing turnover & low morale among junior staff - Senior management lacks transparency and accountability - Outdated and inefficient approach to software/technology use - Lack of design vision/innovation - Mediocre benefits

      Pros

      - People are willing to mentor. - Projects are not massive, good for people trying to learn process. - Younger staff included in client meetings and site visits with guidance from more experienced staff. - Willing to listen to what you want to work on and place you on that type of work. - Willing to support in the Arch. Exams with study material etc. - Phenomenal Work Life Balance, rarely staying late if ever!

      Cons

      - Strict vacation policy per level. Increase after 3 years. - Large gap between older and younger employee skills. Younger employees are software savvy but older staff managing does not have the knowledge to guide/manage the project files. - AutoCAD for some larger sized projects that should be in Revit, slowing overall production rate. - Little to no company standards when it comes to modeling/annotations. Little to no CAD Block or Revit family Library for workflow.

      Many resourceful architects to assist with learning the workflow at DSA, projects significantly improve inhabitants lives, most job captains are willing to help with every question

      Cons

      Lack of onboard training, a lot of finger pointing re: responsibilities, no real direct mentorship for entry level candidates, lackluster benefits
