Some people are able to work flexibly. Some people are offered training opportunities. Nice colleagues. Can buy extra leave and add to your pension pot. Lots of data protection and diversity training.
Cons
Useless supervision systems because few options for development unless you are good at the interview system. Management cliques. Most teams will not see your current skills can be transferred to another job at the company. Flexible working is very variable depending on your team. Some departments more resistant to making reasonable adjustments. Difficult to see the company as truly Disability Confident. No real choice in the section of teams in which you are placed. Often restructured.
