Pros

Great flexibility & work-life balance — strong WFH culture and trust to manage your time. Remote-friendly environment that supports productivity and comfort. Friendly coworkers and generally supportive peers. Stable, reputable company with a long history and recognizable brand. Opportunity to learn from seasoned professionals with deep industry knowledge.

Cons

Limited leadership engagement — managers can be hands-off or difficult to access for guidance and long-term development. Lack of strong role-model leadership; mentorship and coaching opportunities could be improved. Very traditional corporate culture — slow decision-making, bureaucratic processes, and heavy internal politics. Not very modern or youthful energy — tends to operate like an old-school media corporation rather than an innovative tech-driven one. Culture of micromanagement in certain areas, especially within HR — emphasis on control rather than empowering team members. Resistance to change — some leaders are set in traditional ways and not always open to new ideas or modern approaches. Emphasis on “team culture” but collaboration doesn't always match messaging in practice.
