Pros
Colleagues are lovely and brilliant at what they do and it's been a great learning environment so far. I'm genuinely proud of the stories we put out. We are in the office 3 days a week but we have a pretty flexible working schedule.
Cons
Team has shrunk over time which has left us feeling thin on the ground when colleagues are sick or on holiday. I feel like the managers need better training - feedback can be harsh, not constructive. Sometimes feels like there are too many editors with conflicting ideas.
