      Amazing engineers who are both smart and kind.

      Cons

      Entirely incompetent leadership who lack both vision and ability to execute. Constant reorgs and a concerted effort to make working at Dropbox less and less enjoyable until it becomes unbearable to work there.

      Tech isn't really cutting edge anymore. All the new stuff is AI related gimmicks to try and keep up with competition.
