Pros

- Combines the best of both worlds: the fun, informal, entrepreneurial culture of a young growth company where you can really make a difference, with the financial stability of a great product, established market presence and solid financial backing. - The CEO and management team genuinely care about people and believe in being honest and treating everyone with respect. People aren't afraid to say when they don't know something or need help. - At the start of the COVID outbreak, they decided to close the office and move everyone to homeworking long before it was mandatory, because they wanted to keep people safe. Then they provided support and equipment to help everyone be comfortable while working from home. - The work-life balance is taken seriously. Duco has an unlimited holiday policy and they're fairly flexible about working hours as long as your work is being done. - They have fun! Loads of people get together at lunchtime every day to play boardgames, and there's a lovely tradition of everyone getting together to celebrate with drinks when sales hit another million.

Cons

- The pace can be very fast, the priorities changeable and the pressure intense sometimes. That really suits some people, but not everyone.

Pros

I enjoyed my time at Duco as I was able to learn and grow as an individual and a tech

Cons

Some of the cons I had that sometimes it was tough to converse with my colleagues as some of them were in a different time zone

Pros

Convenient location in midtown. Good group of people in NY - revenue focused office

Cons

Management is completely blind to the fact company is becoming less competitive. Innovation is extremely slow paced. Office is small and building is dirty. Company is a shell of its former self and revenue is rapidly trending down. Big mistake to join the “vision” management has. Company is trying to sell and product often loses to competitors or AI builds.
