      Remote working Decent benefits Global company

      Cons

      Slopey shoulders of soo many teams where nobody wants to do anything and they tell the other person to do it. Bad management of hiring too many people and then making them redundant in the same year they hired them Lot's of bullying and highly pressurised environment with unrealistic targets to meet - get the job done attitude with no thought to work/life balance

      One or two key people remain and are carrying the company, particularly customer support people.

      Cons

      Everything. The annual hiring frenzy, mismanagement and target missing, then bulk redundancies have become a predictable joke, especially since the new CEO started. Hiring awful power grabbing people, disregarding employee quality of life, conscious non-promotion of people who fall outside the commuting range, across the board terrible management.

      The product used to be good and at its core still has potential but...

      Cons

      Product team that does not understand the value of the product, every single 'enhancement' that has been added in the past 2 years made the product worse. Most toxic management I ever came across in my entire career. And I have seen some bad management. People are treated with utter contempt my the exec team, and the positive aspects of the company culture that still manage to linger somehow are being eroded daily.
