Pros

1.proper training(have training structure, as new bird join the company, can learn a lots from begginer level to advance), career development prospect(typical U.S style, motive staff with visionable goals), team work, less networking deal with internal staff (that's more focus on work itself) and management. 2.pay on time, good insurance and staff welfare

Cons

1.Work time table was tough, from 10:00 - 22:00. Sometime you need stay back around 23:00 is quite common. 2.Not allow have long annual leave, for example, if you are take the senior consultant job, your family member have emergency, you have to apply for MC, you might need to consider quite the job or either keep your job but not the same position. 3.If it is marry lady, i don't think can balance the family and job quite well. Unless you are not at the sales position.

Pros

You get to choose your tour and recruit the students you want to bring. The paid chaperone ratio is 6:1, so it is very manageable. The tours are great and the local experts are wonderful.

Cons

Company support is variable. There is high turnover and new consultants are very sales motivated and don't always get the nuances of your school or community group. I have had some WONDERFUL concusltants, but they have always been promoted before I get to work with them again.
