Pros
Good wages, generous vacation and sick leave, and insurance benefit package. Engaged , proactive, caring but somewhat disconnected management.
Cons
Very stressful. Understaffed. Quality is explicitly stated as top priority while production goals are implicitly rewarded and stressed with insufficient resources to achieve both. This results in those best able to game the system flourishing and those actually doing quality work and having to take up the slack and fix the mistakes made by those cheating getting low reviews because of their lower production compared to those gaming the system.
