      Good benefits even though the pay is soso

      Cons

      No trust between management's and engineer and below can just push the fault to management without any punishment. This cripple the democratic system.

      Great company culture, everyone (or almost everyone) genuinely wants to help.

      The culture of 'niceness' is not consistent across board. The French people within the organization have this sense of superiority.
