      Pros

      A very good company with potential for growth. They provide benifits other then salary such as allowances. Top management is very supportive.

      This company is expanding in GCC, i wish them all the best.

      Pros

      The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

      Cons

      The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
