As a global leader in the energy transition, our multinational structure enables us to drive meaningful impact on a global scale. However, we recognize that being part of such a large organization can sometimes come with challenges, including those you’ve highlighted regarding our finance systems and interactions with the parent company. Please know that we are fully committed to addressing these issues. Efforts are underway to modernize our systems, making them more efficient and user-friendly to better support our teams and operations. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts—they help us to continuously improve. Best regards, The ENGIE Team

Pros

The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

Cons

The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
