Pros
Work from home in some projects. Pros will only be there if you have a proper running project and you have build quite good dependency, otherwise you are of no value to them.
Cons
Its difficult to point everything but I am in Digital and there are no gifts throughout the year, no increment, no promotion. Even if they are saying they will give you a raise after 2-3 quarters don't believe them. If you have dependency , resign and take the hike if you want to stay.
