Pros
I loved working from home. I loved rarely being micromanaged, at first. Okay benefits. They provide all equipment needed.
Cons
Poor management. Offshore as much work as they can. No job security. Consistent layoffs. Poor training. HR is a joke. No career advancement unless you’re Indian.
