EXL's desired culture is NOT in every part of the company - Marketing EXL Service Employee Review

The culture of the "agency side" of the company is toxic. After my first month, my supervisor, after very little training, asked me, "if I could do the job?" My supervisor also told me that he is aware that many of my coworkers were bullies and that there was nothing he was willing to do about it, saying, "that's just how they are." EXL may claim to be inclusive and respectful, but I disagree; the worst company I have ever worked for.
