Pros
Hi pay especially for agents, but then again, call center agents have their pick of which company to join because almost all of them pay high, and give signing bonuses. Career prospects are good, you can get promoted almost yearly
Cons
I know it's an Indian company but if I had a dollar for every time I heard the phrase "In India..." I'd be rich. Learn the local culture and don't assume that if it works in India, it will work anywhere in the world. In fact, quite the opposite.
