When I accepted this over (quite some time ago) and began working for this company my immediate management team was outstanding and very supportive
Cons
There is a handful of upper that can only be described as bullies. They are unresponsive tp requests for help and even though their process in ineffective they are in the process of invoking the new policies. When 4 area manager and one regional manager (with an average of 10 years at the company) resign in one week there has to be a problem.
