      1) Get to work with companies from various sectors 2) Since projects are long term compared to MBB. You develop sector expertise along with domain expertise.

      Cons

      1) Since I was a campus hire, domain tagging is all luck based. If you are interested in a particular domain, then apply it early or forget about it. I tried changing and even if the stars align, it won't happen.

      Leadership is super convoluted and never gives any sort of true messaging about company performance, layoffs, bonuses, etc.
