Way too many Indians - making it difficult to do projects together as they do not have the same mindset as Singaporeans - they believe in stepping on others to promote rather than a team mindset

1) Get to work with companies from various sectors 2) Since projects are long term compared to MBB. You develop sector expertise along with domain expertise.

Cons

1) Since I was a campus hire, domain tagging is all luck based. If you are interested in a particular domain, then apply it early or forget about it. I tried changing and even if the stars align, it won't happen.
