      Pros

      Growth mentality - Entrepreneurial spirit is still alive. Lots of opportunity for advancement because it's big. Ethical company. Culture continues to evolve. Slow process but moving in the right direction. Amazing / positive relationships with customers around the world.

      Cons

      Very white male driven company. Larger divisions bogged down with bureaucracy and politics. When sales are not going great the men revert back to their old behaviors of command and control. Leaving all their inclusiveness training behind until they make the number.

      A job and make some money

      Cons

      Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
