      Nothing. They will shut down soon

      Worst pay . Wasting candidates time in interview and not releasing offer letter and keep them waiting with no proper reply . My suggestion have the courtesy to at least reply the truth that your organisation can’t afford good candidates.

      A job and make some money

      Cons

      Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
