AVOID AT ALL COSTS! People are quite nice but this is overshadowed by the fact that the company does everything in it's power to squeeze as much out of you as possible. There is a systemic issue of pay discrepancies between roles and Snr. Management and HR feel completely comfortable lying to you about these issues. The old adage that loyalty is a one-way street could never be more true.
Cons
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Where do I start, you are looked at as nothing more than a number by HR whose seemingly only purpose is to keep the cost base as low as possible. A small company with a big company mentality - none of the perks of working at a big firm but still manage to treat you as a number. Impressive really.
