Very Little, I was on the Culture team/org strategy team. My boss and her boss were sociopathic monsters that put the company first. Actively used covid to ruin lives
Cons
Don't work here, it is terrible and you will feel terrible I paid more for insurance here than any other job in my career I took a paycut to join this organization, that was a mistake High Turn-over, plus yearly lay-offs to get rid off old people and payroll. They will do a hiring spree of young people in December to lay them off in September so they can claim they never discriminated against old people Empowerment here means selling your soul 2 phone system and no paper trail policy on the culture/c-suite team
