If you’re thinking about applying, I would highly suggest that you RUN! Poor employee benefits. If you are fully remote there is no room for growth, no one listens to you when you tell them the system is broken. All of my healthcare services have been denied this year, every authorization, FSA transaction, all of it. They seem to only care about filling their investors pockets. They’ll spend thousands of dollars to make their CEO and C suite employees interview rooms with a full on camera crew, and act like they’re giving a press conference, but will not pay medical bills for their members. Management is incredibly unprofessional and rude, this is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever worked for. The company is so big that nobody seems to know who to contact for what you can’t get simple questions answered.

RUN. Run from this place. This is one of the worst, if not the worst, company I have EVER worked for. We were told that HR would rather fire employees that were "talking bad about the company" aka offering feedback for the constant changes they were making that made 0 sense than listen/FIX THE problem. HR is not there for the employees and is completely unapproachable. We were "not allowed" to take off during certain months but also dont get paid out PTO. Its ridiculous. Good luck to that sinking ship.
